Landon Turns 1

Landon’s mommy has a great sense of style. It’s reflected in everything she does and she did not disappoint when it came to little Landon’s 1st birthday party. It doesn’t hurt that Landon’s daddy is a techie and was able to bring the designs to life on all printed things. Love it!

Landon is one happy kid! He’s got the best expressions and his smile can put anyone in a good mood. I still have pictures of him in my camera and phone and whenever I need a boost, I look at his cute little face. Actually, I do that with a few other babies. I’m a little obsessed with chubby cheeks, those of you with older kids know what I mean.

As always, we had such a great time leading up to and at the party. Thanks for a great time. Love you guys!

It was a very overcast day and the talented Jennifer Roper really made it work. The setting was the San Gabriel Hilton and the catering manager, Medeline Yu is one of nicest people you’ll ever meet. The ceremony at the rooftop gazebo was a vision in shades of purple with a touch of sage. The high ceilings in the ballroom were perfectly lit by Jack Hou who also provided the music and added his own flair as MC of the festivities. Throughout the whole day, there was a subtle game theme, from the quiz in the back of the ceremony program to the brain teasers during cocktail hour to throwing giant dice at the reception to see who will kiss who. What a great time!
